Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).
Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or during holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.
Shipping Method & Delivery Time
We currently ship within the United States.

- Transit Time: 4–9 business days
- Total Estimated Delivery Time: 5–11 business days
- Shipping Fee: $4.99 per order
Delivery estimates begin after order processing has been completed.
Order Tracking
Tracking information is provided for all shipped orders.
Please allow 24–72 hours after shipment for tracking updates to appear within the carrier's tracking system.
Delivery Delays
Delivery dates are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
Unexpected delays caused by weather conditions, carrier disruptions, peak shipping seasons, or other circumstances beyond our control may affect delivery schedules.

Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout.

If a package is returned due to an address error provided by the customer, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
Lost or Missing Packages
If tracking indicates that a package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please:
